We are conveniently located directly across from The Lakehouse Inn at 5654 Lake Road East, Geneva-on-the-Lake, Ohio, 44041. Our hours of operation are: Monday 10 am – 6 pm, Thursday 10 am – 3 pm, Friday 10 am – 6 pm, Saturday 9 am – 6 pm, and Sunday 10 am – 4 pm. We are closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete our spa consent form. Arriving late may shorten your treatment time, as all appointments end promptly to ensure the next guest’s schedule is not affected.
To prepare for your spa treatment, please remove all jewelry and valuables before your visit. The Spa at The Lakehouse Inn is not responsible for any lost or misplaced items. We are committed to accommodating your needs. When booking your reservation, please inform the spa attendant of any special requests, preferences, or medical conditions you may have. This will allow us to tailor your experience for optimal comfort and relaxation.
Please note our updated payment policy: as of July 31st, 2020, we no longer accept Spa Finder gift cards. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We request a 24-hour notice for cancellations or changes. A $50 fee per treatment will be charged for cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice. Failure to call or show for your appointment will result in a 100% charge for the reserved services.
