Recommended as an excellent introduction for those new to massage therapies, the Swedish massage is known to improve blood circulation and effectively release muscle tension and stress using medium pressure techniques – precisely what I needed to unwind and rejuvenate.

The Swedish massage at Meraki Spa Bangalore was truly an hour in paradise. The therapist began by cleansing my feet with soothing warm water, a gentle and thoughtful touch. Being someone who prefers lighter pressure, the gentle, flowing strokes of the Swedish massage were ideal. Methodically working on each muscle group, I quickly drifted into a state of deep relaxation, roused only when the therapist softly prompted me to turn over.

Following the massage, I was invited to experience the steam room, a highlight in itself.
