Guests with confirmed spa appointments do not need to purchase admission in advance. Your appointment guarantees your access to the spa on the day of your service. You can pay for admission at checkout if you stay longer than the complimentary time allotted with your service. Advance reservations for treatments and spa journeys are highly recommended, as World Spa NYC often books weeks in advance. Walk-in appointments cannot be guaranteed.

All 50-minute treatments include a complimentary hour of access to World Spa NYC’s facilities, which can be used before or after your scheduled treatment. 80-minute treatments include 1.5 complimentary hours. Any time exceeding the allotted complimentary time will be billed at a rate of $25 per hour. However, an extra hour of complimentary access is granted with a food and beverage purchase of $25 or more. This discount will be applied at checkout.

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please arrive at World Spa NYC at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment. This allows ample time for check-in, changing, and showering, if desired. Your complimentary access time begins upon check-in. Each treatment or spa journey includes a 5-minute consultation with your service provider to personalize your experience. Spa prices are subject to applicable taxes. For your convenience, a 20% gratuity is automatically added to all spa treatments and journeys. However, this amount can be adjusted at checkout.

Outside food and beverages are not permitted within World Spa NYC. The on-site lounge offers a diverse menu of food and drinks, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic options. A 20% service fee is included for lounge purchases, but this can also be adjusted at checkout. Food and beverages are prohibited in and around the pool area, as well as inside all saunas, banyas, and hammams. Guests are welcome to enjoy food and drinks in designated lounge areas. Please note that menu items and prices at the lounge are subject to change.
