Among the New Jersey locations named in the complaint is Good Day Spa in East Brunswick, which matches the initials “GDS.” The individuals charged allegedly owned, operated, and profited from these establishments, knowingly offering sexual services for money. These spas advertised on various online platforms, using images of female sex workers and explicit descriptions of services.

Law enforcement officials collected evidence demonstrating the defendants’ knowledge and involvement in these illegal activities. This evidence included emails with draft advertisements for the spas, records of cryptocurrency transfers to an online advertising company, and observations of one defendant transporting supplies to the spas and making large cash deposits. The charges include conspiracy to commit interstate travel or transportation in aid of a racketeering enterprise, which carries a maximum penalty of five years in prison and a substantial fine. The investigation involved multiple law enforcement agencies across New Jersey and New York. The defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
