To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our guests at Tuscany Spa, we have established the following policies. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines, which allow us to provide the highest quality of service and maintain a tranquil environment for everyone.

Appointment Scheduling and Preparation

Each spa session at Tuscany Spa includes a brief 5-minute consultation before your treatment to personalize your experience and 5 minutes afterwards for you to re-dress and relax before continuing your day. We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and to fully unwind before your Tuscany spa treatment begins.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. However, as a courtesy to both our therapists and other clients seeking appointments at Tuscany Spa, we require 24 hours’ advance notice for any cancellations. This allows us to offer your appointment time to another guest.

  • Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full service amount. This fee must be settled before you can schedule your next appointment at Tuscany Spa.
  • No-shows and Last-Minute Cancellations (within 3 hours): Guests who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment or cancel within 3 hours of their appointment time will be considered a “no-show” and will be charged the full service amount. This policy also applies to last-minute cancellations.

Late Arrivals

Arriving late for your Tuscany spa appointment may unfortunately mean that your treatment time will be shortened. This is necessary to avoid delaying appointments for other guests who are scheduled after you. Regardless of the actual length of the service provided due to a late arrival, you will be responsible for the full session fee. To ensure you receive your full treatment and to be considerate of your therapist and other guests, please plan your journey to Tuscany Spa to arrive on time.

Therapist Preferences and Service Refusal

At Tuscany Spa, we strive to accommodate your preferences. If you have a preference for a male or female therapist, please inform us at the time of booking your appointment. If no preference is specified, we will book your appointment based on therapist availability. Should a client refuse a scheduled service upon arrival, they will still be charged the full amount for the appointment, as this is considered a last-minute cancellation.

Gift Certificates

Tuscany Spa gift certificates make wonderful presents! Please note the following terms and conditions regarding their use:

  • Gift certificates can be redeemed for spa services Monday through Saturday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM only.
  • Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and are non-refundable.
  • If the total cost of your chosen services exceeds the value of your gift certificate, the remaining balance must be paid using cash or a credit card.
  • Tuscany Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
  • To redeem a gift certificate, it must be presented at the time of purchase.
  • Gift certificates cannot be combined with coupons, loyalty card discounts, or other special offers.

Tuscany Players Club Comps

For our valued Tuscany Players Club members, we offer the opportunity to use your comps towards spa services:

  • A $100 Players Comp is equivalent to $60 in spa service value at Tuscany Spa.
  • Please ensure your comp slip is ready when you arrive for your appointment.
  • Players Comps are not redeemable for cash and are non-refundable.
  • If your service total exceeds the comp value, the difference must be paid with cash or a credit card.

Loyalty Program

As a thank you to our loyal guests, Tuscany Spa offers a loyalty program:

  • Locals and frequent visitors are encouraged to ask for a loyalty card.
  • For every $60 spent or $100 Players Comp used, you will receive one stamp on your loyalty card.
  • Collect 10 stamps and receive your 11th massage (1-hour massage, $60 value) for free!
  • Loyalty cards expire one year from the date of the first stamp.
  • Loyalty rewards are not redeemable for cash and are non-refundable.
  • If your service total exceeds the free massage value, the difference must be paid with cash or a credit card.
  • To redeem your free massage, the loyalty card with 10 valid stamps must be presented at the time of purchase.
  • Tuscany Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen loyalty cards.

Tuscany Employee Discount

Tuscany employees are entitled to a special discount:

  • Tuscany employees receive 50% off regular spa prices for services booked Monday through Saturday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
  • To receive the discount, please present your employee ID as proof of employment.
  • Advance booking is required for employee discounts.

General Information

  • Please note that all Tuscany Spa prices and discounts are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Add-on services and spa packages are subject to availability.
  • Spa specials and discounts cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or coupons unless explicitly stated.
