Appointments for spa services require a reservation secured with a valid credit card and photo identification upon arrival. Our spa receptionists will personalize your experience to meet your specific needs. Please note that salon service bookings do not include access to spa facilities.

When scheduling your appointment, feel free to request a specific gender or individual for your massage therapist or aesthetician. For optimal results, we advise against shaving before body treatments or men’s facials. If shaving is necessary, please do so at least eight hours prior to your service.

Inform our spa receptionist of any health conditions such as pregnancy, allergies, high blood pressure, or physical limitations before booking. This allows our team to tailor your treatment for maximum benefit and safety.

The spa environment is clothing-optional. While undergarments are permissible, body treatments and massages are often enjoyed without clothing. Rest assured, professional draping ensures your privacy throughout the service. We kindly request showering before arrival. Robes and slippers are provided for your comfort.

Please arrive 45 minutes before your scheduled appointment to utilize our amenities. Avoid sun exposure before and after waxing services. Refrain from washing your hair before color or chemical services to minimize scalp irritation. For bridal up-dos, unwashed hair holds styles better.

Spa treatments and facility access are restricted to individuals 18 years and older. Salon services for those 17 and under require parental supervision for hair color or chemical treatments. Guests must be 18 years or older to access the fitness center, or 16 with an accompanying adult who is 18 or older. Proper workout attire, excluding flip-flops, is required in the fitness center.

We accept major credit cards, cash, and hotel gift certificates. Hotel guests can charge services to their rooms. Gratuities are not included in spa or salon service prices.
