Riviera Spa provides a luxurious experience from the moment you arrive. You’ll be greeted by a Spa Coordinator and offered a complimentary beverage like water, wine, or champagne. For multiple services, you’ll be provided with a robe and slippers and access to a locker for your belongings.

For single services, including couples massages, robes and lockers are available upon request. You’ll then be escorted to the Relaxation Room to enjoy your beverage and complete any necessary paperwork. Before your treatment begins, your technician will conduct a brief consultation to understand your needs and customize your service.

After your treatment, you’ll be offered spa water and guided to the relaxation room, restroom, or front desk for checkout. To make the most of your spa day, arriving 15 minutes prior to your appointment is recommended. This allows time for check-in, relaxation, and enjoying a complimentary beverage in the tranquil setting.
