Salon Policies

We are committed to providing a smooth and enjoyable experience for every client. Please take a moment to review our salon policies.

For New Clients:

To ensure your first visit is perfect, we require all new clients to schedule a complimentary consultation prior to booking their first service appointment. This allows us to understand your hair goals and preferences and to build a strong stylist-client relationship from the start.

A deposit is required for all new client bookings and will be applied towards your service total on the day of your appointment. Please note that deposits are refundable only if the appointment is kept. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice and no-shows will result in the deposit being retained as a cancellation fee.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy:

To best serve all our clients and respect our stylists’ time, we operate a three-strike policy for late cancellations and no-shows. Clients who cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice or fail to show for their appointment three times will be required to book with a different stylist in the future. This policy helps us maintain efficiency and ensure we can offer timely appointments to everyone.

Service Satisfaction Grace Period:

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We are dedicated to addressing any concerns and finding a suitable solution to ensure you are happy with your Refresh Salon and Spa experience.

Salon Etiquette:

Refresh Salon and Spa is dedicated to creating a welcoming and respectful environment for everyone. We request that all clients treat our stylists and fellow clients with courtesy and respect. Any form of physical or verbal abuse will not be tolerated. Should you have any concerns regarding staff or client etiquette, please do not hesitate to contact the owner or management team.
