Prior to joining Ocean Place, Chef Bob owned and operated Dick’s Dock Restaurant in Metuchen, New Jersey, a renowned seafood establishment. For thirteen years, he crafted exquisite dishes that earned him recognition as one of New Jersey’s top ten seafood chefs after competing in the New Jersey Seafood Challenge. His innovative cuisine delighted and inspired countless diners.

Chef Bob then transitioned to the world of hotels and resorts, catering to prestigious events for clients such as the NY Giants, political gatherings, and movie premieres. Whether serving a single guest or a thousand, his meticulous attention to detail ensures an exceptional dining experience.

Driven by a passion for nutrition, flavor, and artful presentation, Chef Bob actively engages with his community. He volunteered with the ARC Program “Learning for Life,” teaching young autistic adults the importance of healthy eating and equipping them with essential cooking skills to foster self-reliance in the kitchen.
