We understand that plans can change, and sometimes it becomes necessary to cancel or reschedule your spa service. If you need to make adjustments to your booking, we kindly request that you inform our reception team as soon as possible. Services cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice of the appointment time can be rescheduled within 30 days without incurring any charges. This allows us to offer your original slot to another guest and plan our schedules effectively. Please be aware that services cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time are non-refundable and will be subject to the full service fee.
