Our Spa Coordinators play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and a positive experience for both guests and fellow ‘ohana members. They are the first and last point of contact for guests, making them instrumental in setting the tone for each visit. Responsibilities include booking appointments, assisting guests with check-in and check-out, processing payments, and maintaining the cleanliness of the spa. They also play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our guests, embodying the Aloha spirit in every interaction.

Physical requirements include the ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform various tasks related to spa upkeep.
