At Crystal Thai Spa, we dedicate time and resources to prepare for your scheduled treatments to ensure you receive the highest quality experience. This preparation often involves customized product use and room setup tailored to your specific service. To help us maintain efficient scheduling and minimize disruptions, we have established the following cancellation policy.
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. For your convenience, cancellations can be made up to 12 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 12 hours’ notice, or in the event of a no-show, will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the full service price. This fee will need to be settled before rescheduling any future appointments. An invoice will be provided for online payment. Failure to pay this fee may result in the cancellation of any future bookings.
For appointments made using Gift Certificates, cancellations within 12 hours or no-shows will result in 100% redemption of the service value from the gift certificate. Similarly, for Package bookings, late cancellations or no-shows will lead to the redemption of the regular price of a single service within the package.
Clients who repeatedly fail to show up for appointments or cancel with short notice may unfortunately be restricted from booking future services at Crystal Thai Spa. Any subsequent appointments made may be canceled.
For complimentary services or consultation appointments, a $50 consultation fee will be applied for no-shows or cancellations with less than 12 hours’ notice, should you wish to reschedule.
Services requiring a credit card hold at the time of booking, such as extended treatments, multiple service bookings, or for other specified reasons, will be charged for the full service amount for cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment. This applies to all services booked under the credit card hold.
Appointments exceeding 2 hours, or bookings for multiple individuals totaling over 2 hours, necessitate a credit card to secure the booking. If you book online, our team will contact you to obtain credit card authorization to hold your appointment. Please note, your credit card will not be charged at the time of booking and remains simply as a guarantee. Payment can be made using your preferred method at the time of your appointment. Charges to your credit card will only be applied in accordance with the cancellation policy detailed above.
