The best place in Darjeeling: value for money stay.

Warm reception, wonderful services. Best and freshly prepared food. Extra polite staff. Sweet & respectful behavior of staff. Excellently cleaned, sanitized room service and Housekeeping. I can also send my family alone if I am busy elsewhere, this hotel is safe and secure. Thanks to everyone in-house staff of Central Heritage Resort & Spa (formerly Fortune Resort Central) Darjeeling for their care. I will suggest my friends visit and stay in this Hotel in Darjeeling.

A memorable experience

The rooms were excellent, featuring a balcony that afforded us a view of the Kanchenjunga peak. The service was impressively prompt, and the entire staff exhibited exceptional politeness and assistance. Special recognition goes to Mr. Rana, who not only arranged a local tour in a cab but also provided invaluable assistance throughout our stay in Darjeeling.

The best place to stay in Darjeeling.

This resort is undoubtedly the best choice for accommodations in Darjeeling. Having visited Darjeeling multiple times, I can confidently say that this resort surpasses all others. Here are the advantages: The location is unbeatable, with the Mall just a stone’s throw away. Although it’s indicated as a 5-minute walk on the map, a shortcut reduces it to just 2 minutes. The managers and staff are exceptionally helpful. We received a complimentary upgrade to a higher-category room for enhanced comfort. When I fell ill, they promptly provided a heater and offered extra blankets for added warmth. The food quality is exceptional, even surpassing that of external restaurants. Their cheese sandwich and tea are absolute must-tries! The seating area offers breathtaking views. Hygiene is a top priority, and this resort excels in cleanliness. The bed linens, towels, rooms, and washrooms are impeccably neat and tidy. Room service is impressively swift. The resort is easily accessible by cab, making it convenient for both elders and children. As for the drawbacks: I couldn’t find any cons whatsoever ????. In fact, the resort looks even more impressive than the pictures!

The resort is a visitor’s paradise

The resort is located near the shopping hub (The Mall Road) and the mighty Kanchenjunga is visible from the lounge as well as the Annexe Building. The hotel is very clean, and has heritage rooms, and the entire team right from the reception to room service to housekeeping to dining staff is very courteous and helpful. The food is hygienic and tasty. Also, the cab service arranged by the hotel is extremely reliable.

The best place to stay in Darjeeling.

I’ve been to Darjeeling many times and this resort has been the best pick Pros: 1.Mall is just a stone throw away. It shows 5mins on map but takes 2 mins via a shortcut 2. Managers and staffs are extremely helpful. We were upgraded to a higher category room at the same cost for better comfort. 3. I was unwell, they provided heater immediately and also offered extra blankets 4. Food quality is very good, even better than outside restaurants. Their cheese sandwich and tea is a must try! 5. Breathtaking views from the seating area 6. I’m usually very fussy about hygiene while choosing accommodations, this resort is perfect in this aspect as well. Bed linens, towels, rooms, washrooms etc are neat and clean. 7. Room service is very prompt 8. Resort is accessible by cab, convenient for elders and children Cons: No cons that I could find ???? Looks even better than the pictures!
