At Aria Resort And Spa, your comfort is paramount. During booking, you are welcome to request a massage therapist or aesthetician of a specific gender, or even a particular therapist if you have a preference. We will do our best to accommodate your requests to ensure your utmost relaxation.
Pre-Treatment Shaving Advice
To optimize your comfort and treatment effectiveness, we advise against shaving immediately before body treatments or men’s facials. If shaving is necessary, please do so at least eight hours prior to your scheduled service to prevent any skin sensitivity.

Rest assured, professional draping techniques are employed throughout all services to ensure your privacy. We kindly request all guests to shower prior to their arrival at the spa. Luxurious robes and slippers will be provided for your comfort and convenience.

To protect your skin and ensure the best results from your waxing service, we strongly advise avoiding sun exposure both before and after your appointment. This precaution helps minimize skin sensitivity and maintain the smoothness achieved through waxing.
Hair Care Tip for Color and Chemical Services
For optimal results and to minimize potential scalp irritation, we recommend refraining from washing your hair immediately before any color or chemical services at our salon. Natural oils help protect your scalp during these treatments.

For brides and those seeking elegant up-dos, we suggest avoiding shampooing your hair on the day of your styling appointment. Slightly unwashed hair provides better texture and hold, ensuring your exquisite hairstyle lasts beautifully throughout your special occasion.
Spa Age Policy
To ensure a serene and adult-focused environment within The Spa at ARIA, guests must be 18 years of age or older to receive spa treatments and utilize the spa facilities. We appreciate your understanding in maintaining a tranquil atmosphere for all our guests.
Salon Age Policy for Color and Chemical Services
For guests aged 17 years and under, parental supervision is respectfully required when receiving hair color or chemical services in our salon. This policy ensures both the comfort and safety of our younger guests while enjoying salon treatments.
Fitness Center Access Age Policy
The state-of-the-art Fitness Center at Aria Resort and Spa welcomes guests aged 18 years and older. Guests aged 16 and 17 may also enjoy our fitness facilities when accompanied by an adult who is 18 years or older. This policy ensures a safe and responsible environment for all fitness enthusiasts.
Fitness Center Footwear Requirement
To ensure your safety and comfort within our Fitness Center, appropriate workout footwear is required. For the benefit of all guests, we kindly request that flip-flops and similar non-athletic footwear are not worn in the fitness areas.
Payment Options and Gratuities
For your convenience, The Spa & Salon at ARIA accepts all major credit cards, cash, and Aria Resort & Spa gift certificates. Registered hotel guests also have the option to charge services directly to their room. Please note that gratuities are not automatically included in the price of spa and salon treatments and are gratefully appreciated for exceptional service.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans may change. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your spa or salon appointment, we kindly request a minimum of four hours’ notice prior to your scheduled time. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than four hours’ notice, or missed without notification, will be charged the full service price. This policy allows us to best serve all of our guests and manage our appointment schedule effectively.
