Appointment Scheduling and Arrival

To secure your desired service, booking an appointment in advance is highly recommended. You can schedule your appointment by phone or online. A credit card is required to hold your reservation, and identification will be requested upon arrival. Please arrive 45 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows ample time to check in, change into a robe and slippers (provided for your convenience), and enjoy our spa amenities before your treatment begins.

Treatment Preparations and Considerations

For optimal results and comfort, we advise the following:

• Shaving: Avoid shaving immediately before body treatments or men’s facials. If shaving is necessary, please do so at least eight hours prior to your service.
• Waxing: Refrain from sun exposure before and after waxing services to minimize skin sensitivity.
• Hair Services: For color or chemical hair services, it’s best to avoid washing your hair beforehand to prevent scalp irritation. If you’re scheduling an up-do, refrain from shampooing your hair to ensure a longer-lasting style.
• Health Conditions: Inform our spa receptionist about any health concerns, such as pregnancies, allergies, high blood pressure, or physical limitations. This will enable our staff to tailor your treatment for maximum benefit and safety.

What to Wear

Aria Nail Spa offers a clothing-optional environment. While you’re welcome to wear undergarments, body treatments and massages are often enjoyed without clothing. Rest assured, professional draping techniques are employed throughout your service to maintain your privacy. We kindly request that all guests shower before their appointments.

Spa and Salon Policies

• Spa and Salon Services: Please note that salon service bookings do not include access to spa facilities. Spa facility tours are exclusively available for spa guests to ensure privacy.
• Therapist Requests: You may request a specific gender or therapist for your massage or aesthetic services during the booking process.
• Age Requirements: Guests must be 18 years old to receive spa treatments and utilize the spa facilities. For salon services, parental supervision is required for hair color or chemical services for guests 17 years and younger. The fitness center requires guests to be 18 years or older, or 16 with an accompanying adult who is 18 or older. Appropriate workout footwear is required in the fitness center; flip-flops are not permitted.
• Payment: We accept major credit cards, cash, and hotel gift certificates. Registered hotel guests can charge services to their rooms. Gratuities are not included in the service price.

Cancellation Policy

To avoid charges, please provide at least four hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a 100% charge for the scheduled service.
