Please let us know if you have conditions such as high blood pressure, allergies, any physical ailments or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. Your transparency allows us to tailor your spa journey to your specific needs. Should you experience any discomfort at any point during your treatment at Iris Spa, please immediately alert your therapist so they can adjust the service to your comfort.

Spa Arrival

To ensure a seamless and relaxing start to your spa day, we kindly ask that you arrive precisely at your scheduled appointment time at Iris Spa. Due to space considerations and our commitment to providing each guest with a private and undisturbed experience, early arrivals cannot be accommodated. Your dedicated spa room at Iris Spa is reserved exclusively for you, designed to be a private sanctuary rather than a waiting area. We appreciate your understanding that to prevent inconvenience to our next valued guest, late arrivals will not unfortunately receive an extension of their scheduled treatments; the full treatment fee will still apply to maintain fairness and scheduling integrity at Iris Spa.

Spa Etiquette

Iris Spa is thoughtfully designed as an adult environment dedicated to relaxation, tranquility, and rejuvenation. To preserve the serene atmosphere and ensure the utmost enjoyment and privacy for all our guests, we kindly request that you refrain from using cell phones, laptops, tobacco products, personal vaporizers, and electronic cigarettes within the spa premises. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a peaceful and undisturbed ambiance at Iris Spa.

Reservations

To secure your preferred treatments and appointment times at Iris Spa, we highly recommend making your spa service reservations at least one week prior to your intended visit. Booking in advance allows you to explore our wide selection of rejuvenating treatments and select a time that perfectly fits your schedule. All spa appointments at Iris Spa are reserved with a valid credit card to confirm your booking and ensure our scheduling commitments.

Cancellation Policy/No-Shows

Your appointment at Iris Spa is a time specifically reserved for you by our dedicated therapists. As a courtesy to both other guests and our service providers, we require a 72-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide 72-hour notice or in the event of a no-show will result in a charge of 100% of your scheduled treatment cost. We appreciate your understanding and adherence to our cancellation policy which allows us to effectively manage appointments and serve all our clients at Iris Spa.

Service Charge

At Iris Spa, we believe in transparency and client choice. We do not automatically add a gratuity or service charge to your bill. All gratuities are entirely at your discretion and are a wonderful way to show appreciation for exceptional service. Please note that any gratuity must be paid directly in cash to your therapist as they are independent contractors. Iris Spa does not add gratuities to credit card transactions, ensuring that your appreciation goes directly to the individuals providing your spa services.

Age Requirements

To maintain the tranquil and adult-focused environment of Iris Spa, guests must be 18 years of age or older to enter the spa and receive any of our rejuvenating spa treatments. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this age requirement, which helps us preserve the peaceful atmosphere for all our adult clientele at Iris Spa.
