For salon services, guests 17 years old and under require parental supervision when receiving any hair color or chemical services. The Fitness Center welcomes guests 18 years or older, or those 16 years and older accompanied by an adult who is 18 or older. Payment Options and Gratuities at ARIA Spa
ARIA Spa offers a variety of convenient payment options. We gladly accept all major credit cards, cash, and gift certificates purchased directly through the hotel. For registered hotel guests, the option to charge services to your room is also available for seamless convenience. Please note that gratuities are not included in the price of spa or salon treatments. Gratuities are a thoughtful way to recognize exceptional service, and are always appreciated by our dedicated team.
Cancellation Policy: Respecting Your Time and Ours
We understand that plans may change. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment at ARIA Spa & Salon, we kindly request that you notify us at least four hours prior to your scheduled time. This allows us to accommodate other guests and manage our schedules effectively. Appointments cancelled with less than four hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will be charged the full service amount. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding our cancellation policy.
