Arrival Time: To ensure a relaxed and unhurried experience, we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows ample time for check-in and preparation.

Health Considerations: Your well-being is our priority. Kindly inform our spa coordinator when booking your appointment of any pre-existing physical conditions, disabilities, pregnancy, or allergies. This will enable us to tailor your treatments and ensure your comfort and safety.

What to Bring: Simply bring yourself! Coral Spa provides all necessary amenities for your treatments. We advise against bringing valuable personal items to the spa for your peace of mind.

Gratuity Policy: Gratuities are not automatically included in the price of our treatments. While tipping is at your discretion, it is customary to offer 18%-20% of the standard, non-discounted service price as an expression of appreciation for exceptional service.

Cancellation Policy: We understand that schedules may change. We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any service cancellations to avoid cancellation fees. For group bookings of three or more, a 48-hour cancellation notice is required.
