Guests of the MGM Grand hotel are invited to plan their rejuvenating spa experiences up to three months in advance, and salon appointments can be secured up to six months prior. When making your reservation, we kindly request that you inform our agents of any special requests, pre-existing health conditions, allergies, or pregnancy. Please note that massage services are not recommended for women during their first trimester. Your well-being is our utmost priority, and this information allows us to tailor your Signature Spa experience to your specific needs and ensure your comfort and safety.

Maximizing Your Appointment Time

To fully immerse yourself in The Signature Spa journey, we encourage you to arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled treatment. This allows ample time for a seamless check-in and to comfortably change, enabling you to take full advantage of our exceptional spa facilities throughout the day of your treatment. Our comprehensive facilities, including steam rooms, saunas, invigorating whirlpools, and serene lounge areas, are designed to enhance your relaxation and prepare you both mentally and physically for your chosen treatments.

Please be aware that your scheduled treatment time marks the start of your personalized service. Arriving late may unfortunately shorten your treatment duration, diminishing the overall effectiveness of the therapy. Guests arriving late will still be responsible for the full service fee. In consideration of subsequent guests, your treatment will conclude precisely at the scheduled time, regardless of a delayed start.

Spa & Salon Pricing and Service Charge

All prices for our Signature Spa and Salon services are subject to change without prior notice. We strive to maintain transparent and competitive pricing to ensure you receive exceptional value for your luxurious spa experience.

For your convenience, a 20% service charge will be applied to all Signature Spa treatments. This charge recognizes the dedicated service provided by our skilled therapists and ensures the highest standards of care and attention to detail during your visit.

Cancellation Policy

Your selected treatments are reserved exclusively for you. To uphold our commitment to providing exceptional service and to accommodate all our guests, we require a minimum of four hours’ notice for any cancellations. Cancellations made less than four hours prior to your appointment time will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the service price.

For Spa and Salon packages, as well as Salon hair extension services, we also require a cancellation notice of at least four hours before the scheduled time to avoid incurring a 100% service charge. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy, which allows us to effectively manage our appointments and provide the best possible experience for everyone.

Signature Spa Etiquette

Therapist Preferences

At The Signature Spa, we aim to personalize your experience in every way possible. Requests for a male or female therapist can be made when booking your appointment. We also gladly accommodate requests for a specific therapist, subject to availability, to ensure your comfort and preference are met.

Treatment Preparation

To optimize the benefits of your body treatments, salt scrubs, or Men’s Facial, we advise against shaving immediately beforehand. Shaving is best done at least four hours prior to your service to preserve your skin’s sensitivity. Massages and body scrubs are not recommended for sunburned skin. For enhanced hygiene and to prepare your skin to fully absorb the benefits of your treatment, we encourage guests to shower prior to their service.

Spa Attire & Personal Items

In our men’s and women’s spa areas, clothing is optional, allowing for your utmost comfort. For your convenience and comfort, each guest is provided with a personal locker, a plush spa robe, and comfortable sandals. While undergarments are optional during massages or body scrubs, professional draping techniques are employed throughout all services to ensure your privacy and modesty are respected at all times. Safety deposit boxes are available for storing valuables, in addition to personal lockers. However, we recommend traveling light to the spa and minimizing jewelry to fully embrace the relaxation and freedom of The Signature Spa experience.
