Spa appointments at Alluvia Spa require a valid credit card to reserve. Your card won’t be charged before arrival, and you can choose a different payment method at checkout. However, cancellation fees will be applied to the card on file.

Cancellation and rescheduling fees are in place because your appointment time and service provider are reserved specifically for you. The spa kindly requests cancellations or reschedulings be made during business hours at least one day before your appointment by calling 719-538-4071. For groups of three or more, two days’ notice is required. Cancellations made on the day of your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the service cost to your card. Rescheduling on the same day incurs a 20% fee. If you miss your appointment without notice, you will be charged the full price of the service. The spa is not responsible for cancelled hotel room reservations.

Alluvia Spa, one of the premier Colorado Spa Resorts, is located in the Fitness and Tennis building at Cheyenne Mountain Resort. Plan to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out a guest profile. Arriving earlier allows you to enjoy the spa amenities before your treatment. Late arrivals will result in a shortened service time, but the full service price will still apply.

A relaxing lounge and locker room are available for use before and after your spa treatment. Access to these amenities is exclusive to guests with scheduled spa appointments.

To ensure a peaceful atmosphere for all guests at this Colorado spa resort, please keep conversations quiet and refrain from using cameras, cell phones, and other electronic devices in the relaxation lounge, locker rooms, and treatment areas.

While gratuities are not included in the listed prices, a 20% gratuity will be added to your total spa service cost for your convenience. You are welcome to leave an additional tip if you wish.

Guests aged 13-17 have access to a select menu of services and limited spa access. Children under 13 are not permitted in the treatment or locker room areas of this Colorado spa resort.
