The San Diego Anime Con (SDAC) offers general admission access to all event areas, including the Exhibitor Hall, Anime Artist Area, and the Dynamic Room. Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, so ensure you purchase tickets for the correct day. Purchase tickets exclusively through the official Eventbrite page linked on the SDAC website or official Facebook page to avoid scams. Third-party ticket sales are not honored.

Reselling, sharing, or transferring SDAC badges or wristbands, including complimentary passes, is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in revocation of the badge/wristband without a refund. Damaged wristbands can be replaced with the original, while lost wristbands will be replaced at cost.

Refunds for tickets are available only until the day before the event (November 14, 2024). No refunds will be issued on or after the event date, regardless of the reason for non-attendance.

Attendees consent to the use of their photographs and videos taken at the event by SDAC in publications and media materials. Written notification of a desire to opt out of this policy must be provided to SDAC. By attending or not opting out, attendees agree to release and indemnify SDAC from any claims related to the use of their image or likeness.

SDAC enforces a zero-tolerance policy for harassment towards all attendees, staff, and participants. Engaging in harassing behavior will result in pass confiscation and ejection from the event without a refund. Maintaining respectful behavior towards everyone is expected.

The San Diego Anime Con is produced by Silk Road Productions, organizers of other pop culture events such as Fangaea Con, AnimeLand, Scream Diego, and AniPop.
